As a Strategy Analyst at Life Surge, you’ll work at the intersection of data, vision, and execution. You’ll partner directly with our Strategy Team to research market trends, model new businesses, and create the strategic backbone of our next wave of Kingdom expansion. This is more than a job — it’s a launchpad for someone who wants to think like a founder, move like a builder, and serve like a disciple. 

Responsibilities:  

Research & Intelligence 

• Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, competitors, and market dynamics 

• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear executive summaries 

• Build playbooks and dashboards for new vertical validation and planning 

Business Modeling 

• Support the creation of pro forma financials, pricing models, and cost structures 

• Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and performance forecasts 

• Maintain initiative-level scorecards and KPIs 

Presentation & Communication 

• Help build pitch decks, reports, and strategy documents for internal and external use 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights 

• Take complex research and translate it into actionable recommendations 

Planning & Support 

• Track OKRs, Rocks, and milestone progress 

• Maintain our living strategic maps and initiative pipeline 

• Assist in cross-departmental project workflows with clarity and urgency 

Qualifications: 

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, business research, consulting, or startup operations 

• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and deck creation 

• Excellent communicator — written, visual, and verbal 

• Detail-oriented but knows how to prioritize the essential 

• A teachable spirit and hunger to grow 

• Deep alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual heartbeat of Life Surge
