Opportunity
The Project Manager is responsible for running and managing projects within the product department of Life Surge. This role serves as a key member of our team and is accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meetings, or exceeding expectations related to scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Define project scope, objectives, and constraints.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
Monitor and report on resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Implement quality control processes and measures.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Assess the impact of changes and adjust project plans accordingly.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Ensure all project documents are accurate and up to date.
Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Obtain client or stakeholder acceptance and sign-off upon project completion.
Effectively manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed on schedule.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
Monitor progress against project timelines and adjust as needed to keep projects on track.
