Opportunity 

As a CES Ticket Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring strong event attendance and guest experience. You’ll work directly with warm leads generated from our marketing efforts and event attendees while also identifying new opportunities to expand ticket sales through upsells, and ambassador development. 

This role requires a love for connecting with people on the phone, over text, and via email. High performers will find abundant opportunities for growth into leadership, advanced sales, marketing, or management positions. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Engage with attendees and prospects to provide excellent customer service while maximizing ticket sales. 

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails to convert leads into upsells, and add-on sales. 

  • Proactively identify and pursue new ticket sales opportunities, including ambassador development. 

  • Deliver world-class customer service before and after the sale to ensure positive event experiences and repeat attendance. 

  • Manage and prioritize a daily dashboard of warm leads. 

  • Confidently present Life Surge events, clearly communicating value and impact. 

  • Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on accountability, results, and encouragement. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in sales, contact center, or customer service. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Strong, pleasant, and persuasive phone presence. 

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by performance-based results. 

  • Able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. 

  • Organized and detail-focused, with a “whatever it takes” mentality to support team and organizational goals. 

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, aligned with event schedules.
