Opportunity
The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, collecting, and reporting data to support business operations and decision-making processes. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their data needs, developing reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleansing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide timely and accurate reports.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, or occasionally, Excel.
Create and maintain documentation for data processes, reports, and dashboards.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to use reports and dashboards effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Experience with SQL Server, Survey Monkey and SharePoint data is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
