We are seeking a high level Strategic Relationship Manager to steward and scale the relational strategy of the Office of the CEO. This individual will ensure the CEO consistently arrives informed, prepared, and intentional in key relationships. You will be responsible for managing and executing current systems with excellence while building intuitive, scalable solutions to strengthen high value connections across business, ministry, internal, and personal spheres. You will serve as a driving force behind strategic touch points, personalized outreach, and proactive relationship development—ensuring the CEO’s network feels seen, valued, and meaningfully engaged while optimizing the CEO’s time with key relationships.

Responsibilities:
Relationship Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement personalized plans that enable the CEO to build, nurture, and sustain relationships with high value talent, speakers, clients, sponsors, ministry partners, internal team members, and key stakeholders.
- Strategically segment the CEO’s network into tiers and implement tailored engagement plans, including milestone touchpoints, personalized messages, curated gifts, and surprise-and-delight moments.
- Coordinate all relational plans for CEO execution, ensuring messages, meetings, and gifts are timely, relevant, and high impact.
- Monitor key personal and professional milestones (e.g., birthdays, promotions, public wins) to proactively prompt CEO engagement with prepared briefs and deliverables.
- Oversee and manage the execution of personalized communications (e.g., birthday notes, thank you cards, congratulatory messages) in the CEO’s voice, leveraging templates and automation where appropriate.
- Maintain a dynamic CRM database of the CEO’s relationships, including contact history, strategic notes, and alignment with values or goals.
- Track all interactions and follow-ups, delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on relationship activity, ROI, and upcoming opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of purchases and the delivery of thoughtful, branded gifts and experiences that reflect the CEO’s voice and mission.
- Maintain a comprehensive gifting calendar tied to key relational milestones and ensure no important dates are missed.
- Develop intuitive, tech-enabled systems to streamline relationship management using automation, AI, and innovative workflows.
- Design and implement SOPs that ensure consistency, excellence, and scalability in relationship engagement across the organization.
- Delegate responsibilities to select team members and collaborators within the Office of the CEO to expand relational capacity and maximize impact.
- Work closely with the CEO Office Director and the Content & Communications team to gain strategic insight into relationships requiring focused investment.
- Coordinate with executive assistants, the talent team, HR, office managers, and other leaders to ensure relational efforts are aligned, timely, and effective.
- Facilitate the smooth handoff of key relationships to internal leaders and ensure follow-through is tracked and measured appropriately.
- Proven experience in high level relationships or executive support, ideally supporting C-suite leaders or mission-driven entrepreneurs.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-touch relationship plans simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, with experience managing CRM systems, proficiency in Microsoft 365, project management workflows, and implementing process automation.
- Highly intuitive and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to anticipate needs and act with strategic foresight.
- Highly resourceful and creative, with a natural ability to personalize experiences, anticipate needs, and design thoughtful, high impact relational touchpoints.
