Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic, creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that elevate awareness, deepen audience engagement and drive growth. This role is ideal for a brand storyteller and marketing leader who can blend data with creative instinct to shape a distinctive, scalable brand identity to increase market share and build equity.
As the steward of our current and future brands, this role will oversee positioning, messaging, visual identity, campaign development and omnichannel execution. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to ensure brand consistency and resonance across every consumer touchpoint.

Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Positioning: Define and evolve brand positioning, voice, and visual identity based on consumer insights and business goals; develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and broadcast channels to drive awareness and market share.
New Brand Development: Lead the development and launch of new brand ventures by conducting market research, defining brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, creating brand guidelines, collaborating cross-functionally, and executing integrated marketing plans across digital, social, and content channels.
Campaign Leadership: Develop and lead omnichannel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth, while effectively managing campaign budgets.
Creative Oversight: Guide creative direction across advertising, video, web, social, and print to ensure all brand expressions are compelling and consistent, maintaining brand integrity across all marketing and communication platforms.
Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, sales, education, operations, creative, PR, events, and performance marketing—as well as social media and reputation teams to ensure a unified brand presence, consistent messaging, and effective support for product launches, promotional activities, and community engagement across all channels.
Consumer Insights: Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform strategy and campaign development, while analyzing market trends to enhance sales and marketing communications.
Measurement & Optimization: Define KPIs to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, and overall performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related field.
10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of building or evolving strong consumer-facing brands. Experience in developing and launching new brands is highly desired.
Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and integrated campaign strategy.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments preferred.
Background in working for ticketed live events, the Christian market and/or regulated industries (financial education) a plus.
