Opportunity 

The Producer is the primary executional lead for Life Surge’s live events, responsible for bringing strategic vision to life through operational excellence, creative innovation, and cross-functional coordination. This role oversees the full production lifecycle—from planning and rehearsals through live show execution and post-show evaluation. 

The Producer ensures each event runs smoothly, remains creatively compelling, and keeps the audience engaged from start to finish. This role manages internal alignment, vendor coordination, production timelines, and budgets while delivering every creative and technical element at the highest standard. Although not typically the show caller, the Producer must be ready to step into that role if needed and lead backstage operations with a focus on team dynamics and brand excellence. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the end-to-end execution of live events, including planning, rehearsals, live production, and post-show evaluation. 

• Manage the run-of-show, pacing, and screen content; support cue calling and stage transitions. 

• Oversee backstage operations and ensure smooth coordination among talent, crew, and front-of-house teams. 

• Collaborate with Creative and Programming teams to align visuals, messaging, and audience engagement strategies. 

• Ensure consistency and excellence in media content, stage elements, and attendee experience. 

• Direct load-in/load-out operations and oversee technical setup, ensuring safety and efficiency. 

• Manage production budgets, expenses, and vendor negotiations; coordinate travel logistics as needed. 

• Act as a liaison across departments—Programming, Creative, Marketing, Talent, and Guest Experience—to maintain alignment and timely delivery. 

• Foster a calm, focused, and professional environment during high-pressure show situations. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in live event production, show running, or creative direction 

• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and production crews 

• Strong background in AV production, scenic design, and vendor coordination 

• Budget and travel logistics management experience 

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities 

• Ability to maintain clarity and calm in high-pressure show environments 

• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours during show weeks
