Direct Response Copywriter Wanted: Convert Words into Action

Who You Are: 

You're a direct response copywriter who understands that words aren't just words—they're weapons in the battle for attention, engagement, and, ultimately, conversion. You know how to make a reader feel, act, and buy without a second thought. Your subject lines get opened. Your headlines stop the scroll. Your sales pages make people whip out their wallets faster than a Black Friday doorbuster deal. 

What You’ll Be Doing (A.K.A. Your Mission): 

Write to Sell: Create high-impact copy for emails, landing pages, ads, social media, and sales funnels that drive action, not just applause. 

Master the Art of Persuasion: Infuse every word with psychology, urgency, and storytelling that grips attention and compels people to say "Yes!" 

Optimize Like a Pro: You don’t just write; you test, tweak, and refine. A/B testing, click-through rates, and conversion tracking are second nature to you. 

Turn Features into Benefits: You can take the driest product description and turn it into something people need in their lives—yesterday. 

Be the Voice of the Brand: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice that blends faith-driven inspiration, authority, and energy. Your words should make people feel empowered, motivated, and ready to take action.

Who You’ll Be Working With: 

A dynamic team that thrives on big ideas, fast execution, and (occasionally) heated debates about the Oxford comma. You’ll collaborate with marketers, designers, and content strategists to create campaigns that don’t just get attention but drive revenue. Also, we take our coffee seriously—consider this fair warning. 

Must-Haves (A.K.A. Non-Negotiables): 

✔️ Proven experience in direct response copywriting (email sequences, sales pages, ads, etc.) 
✔️ A portfolio of copy that converts—not just “great writing,” but real-world results 
✔️ Deep understanding of persuasion, consumer psychology, and marketing funnels 
✔️ Ability to write faith-based content that inspires without sounding preachy 
✔️ A knack for brand voice consistency—you don’t just write, you embody the brand 
✔️ Data-driven mindset—you measure, refine, and improve your copy based on performance metrics 
✔️ Speed and adaptability—you write fast, learn faster, and never let perfection kill progress

Can write a subject line so good it makes inboxes beg to be opened 

Have ever made someone laugh and buy in the same sentence 

Know how to balance wit and urgency without losing credibility
