Opportunity 

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Digital Funnels to lead and scale our digital revenue ecosystem. This executive-level leader will take full ownership of all online sales funnels that support our high-ticket event and product offerings. You will be responsible for the development, optimization, and profitability of digital funnels from top to bottom, driving both traffic and conversions. 

This role requires a deep understanding of digital lead generation, paid media strategy, landing page optimization, email/SMS marketing, and conversion-oriented calls-to-action. You will build and lead a team of funnel strategists, copywriters, media buyers, and performance marketers while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, sales, and tech departments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage the entire digital funnel infrastructure—strategy, execution, optimization, and performance. 

  • Build and lead a high-performing digital funnels team from the ground up, including hiring, training, and performance management. 

  • P&L Ownership: Full accountability for funnel-related revenue and expenses. Set KPIs, track ROI, and ensure profitable growth. 

  • Partner with Marketing, Compliance, Sales, Tech, and Creative teams to ensure consistency and compliance across all digital touchpoints. 

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive qualified traffic, maximize conversions, and support high-ticket sales targets. 

  • Continuously test and optimize funnel components—ads, pages, lead magnets, upsells, checkout flows, retargeting, etc. 

  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, funnel architecture, automation tools, and compliance regulations. 

  • Ensure all digital funnel activities align with Life Surge’s faith-driven mission and core values. 

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, online sales funnels, or related roles. 

  • Proven track record of success in high-ticket digital sales, preferably in event marketing, coaching, education, or faith-based markets. 

  • Strong leadership and team-building experience; capable of building a department from scratch. 

  • Demonstrated P&L management experience with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

  • Deep understanding of online marketing platforms (ClickFunnels, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). 

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and paid media. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. 

  • Strong alignment with the mission and values of Life Surge.
