Opportunity

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for reviewing all inbound and outbound calls to ensure that we meet quality standards and specifications. This includes but not limited to customer service, phone sales, live events and classes. This individual will also responsible for monitoring and analyzing survey trends.

Responsibilities:

Follow established procedures to monitor and assess product and service quality.

Record and report results from quality tests and inspections.

Work with teams to find areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

Help with regular audits to ensure quality standards are met.

Support problem-solving efforts by identifying and addressing quality issues.

Collaborate with other teams to improve quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist with communicating quality information to management and customers.

Learn and use tools to track and report quality performance.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to adapt and make decisions quickly.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

A creative problem-solver with a positive attitude.

Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Asana is a plus.

Self-motivated and eager to learn new tools and processes.

Team player who values collaboration and growth.
