Opportunity
The Sales CRM and Automation Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s sales systems across HubSpot, Monday, and Close.io. This role ensures that sales processes are efficient, data is accurate, and automation supports the team’s ability to drive revenue and customer growth
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot, Close.io) to ensure clean data, reporting accuracy, and seamless pipeline tracking.
Build and optimize automation workflows across HubSpot, Monday, and Close.io to streamline lead management, sales operations, and cross-team collaboration.
Collaborate with sales and operations leadership to improve forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility.
Integrate sales tools with marketing and operational platforms for unified data flow and efficiency.
Provide training and support to the sales team to maximize adoption of CRM and automation tools.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, process improvements, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Monday, and Close.io.
Expertise in workflow automation and system integration.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support cross-functional teams.
