Opportunity
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic Impact Class Admin team. This role is focused on supporting admissions activities through accurate data entry, reporting, and administrative support. You will help maintain smooth operations and ensure all admissions-related processes are organized and optimized.

Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and maintain sales data from various sources (CRM, spreadsheets, databases).
Generate and automate regular sales reports and dashboards.
Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and forecast results.
Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to support decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools.
Impact class admin roles by supporting VP of Impact Classes

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data analysis or reporting (preferably in a sales environment).
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Project Management
