Opportunity
We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to join our executive team. This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting, controllership, and strategic financial planning. The VP of Finance will collaborate closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, ensure financial compliance, and support the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial reporting process, including annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Oversee the accounting function: general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close processes.
  • Manage the controllership team to optimize processes, improve visibility, and accelerate financial closes.
  • Lead the company’s annual audit in partnership with external auditors.
  • Assist with tax compliance and planning activities.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify operational efficiencies and support scalable growth.
  • Analyze financial results and performance; prepare executive summaries and business reviews.
  • Support mergers & acquisitions initiatives, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Contribute to financial systems upgrades; experience with QuickBooks and MS Dynamics preferred.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification and public accounting experience required.
  • 8–10+ years in financial management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
