Opportunity 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Analytics Manager, this role will focus on financial coordination, data management, and dashboard/report creation to support leadership in decision-making. 

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to maintain accurate cash flow tracking, event P&L reports, and business-wide reporting solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and maintain reports on ad tests, landing pages, new channels, and other variables; document key insights and learnings. 

• Coordinate with Finance to prepare detailed event P&L statements for leadership review. 

• Manage daily and weekly cash flow tracking to provide timely updates to the CEO and executive leadership. 

• Support manual data entry and ETL processes while helping define automation requirements with Analytics leadership. 

• Create and maintain dashboards using Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI) and develop clear presentations and reports in PowerPoint and Excel. 

• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting through proactive communication with Finance, Analytics, and leadership teams. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field – OR – comparable work experience that demonstrates ability to meet the job requirements. 

Technical Skills:  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) 

• Familiar with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 

• Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles 

• Experience with cash flow management is preferred  

Soft Skills:  

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 

• Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills 

• Skilled in multitasking and task prioritization 

• Problem-solver with a growth mindset 

Bonus (Non-Required) Skills:  

• Internship or coursework in analytics, finance, or BI 

• SQL knowledge for database queries 

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
