Opportunity 

The Online Reputation Management Director leads the strategic oversight of the company’s digital image—monitoring, shaping, and enhancing how the brand is perceived across all online platforms. This role collaborates with PR, digital marketing, SEO, analytics, crisis response, and team leadership to ensure a strong, positive online reputation.

Responsibilities:  

  • Strategic Reputation Leadership  
    Develop and execute an integrated ORM strategy that strengthens brand perception, controls negative narratives, and amplifies positive stories online.  

  • Advanced Monitoring & Analytics  
    Oversee tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Mention, SproutSocial) to track brand mentions, sentiment, and review trends; deliver regular insights and make data-driven recommendations.  

  • Crisis Management & Issue Resolution  
    Lead response efforts to negative content or PR crises online—ensuring issues are addressed promptly, ethically, and in alignment with corporate values.  

  • Content Strategy & POSITIVE SEO  
    Collaborate with marketing and PR to create and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, press releases, testimonials, FAQs) that elevates search visibility and reinforces the brand narrative.  

  • Review & Ratings Optimization  
    Manage review generation initiatives (e.g., Google, Yelp, industry-specific sites), respond to user feedback professionally, and improve overall ratings.  

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration  
    Partner with legal, communications, customer service, and product teams to preempt digital issues and enforce SOPs that uphold brand reputation.  

  • Team Leadership & Training  
    Supervise a team of ORM specialists or managers; define standards, provide mentorship, and ensure consistent application of ORM best practices. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.   

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, PR, or ORM roles, including 2+ years in leadership.   

  • Proficient with ORM tools such as Sprout Social, Mention, Brand24, etc.   

  • Strong command of SEO, content marketing, analytics, and crisis communications.  

  • Exceptional writing, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.  

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating crisis scenarios.  

  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to act quickly under pressure.
