Opportunity:
Life Surge is seeking a dynamic, results-driven communicator to join our Sponsorship & Affiliate Sales Team as a Local Sponsorship Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll forge meaningful partnerships with local businesses in the markets where our live events are hosted. The ideal candidate is passionate about community engagement, excels in relationship-building, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Your efforts will directly support our mission and expand our impact by connecting local businesses with strategic sponsorship opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Build lead lists and prospect local businesses and organizations in target event locations, considering their alignment with our mission and values.
Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to introduce Life Surge sponsorship packages and secure commitments.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders in Life Surge marketplaces.
Act as a local ambassador for the company, building trust and goodwill within the community.
Create sponsorship proposals and presentations that address the unique needs and goals of local sponsors.
Lead negotiations with local sponsors to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and finalize sponsorship contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and commitments.
Strive to exceed revenue targets and maximize local sponsorship opportunities.
Work closely with event and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate sponsorships into local events, promotions, and campaigns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Related sales experience
Proficiency in HubSpot
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
Belief in the product and its ability to meet customer needs
