We are looking for a dynamic and personable Key Relationship Manager to work directly with our CEO Office Director, helping to strengthen and grow key relationships that are vital to our mission. This role is all about fostering meaningful connections, managing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the CEO’s relationships align with our goals for Life Surge and SurgeU. Responsibilities:
Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with high-value clients, ministry partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Work closely with the CEO’s key relationships.
Strategize future and manage current relationships, including stage talent, business acquisitions, and potential stakeholders.
Actively nurture relationships that have the potential to turn into long-term partnerships or stakeholders.
Maintain a thoughtful approach to relationship-building, including sending birthday gifts, handwritten notes, and personalized communication.
Prioritize tasks that pertain to relationship management and business initiatives.
Strategize from a business perspective to provide insights and advice that align with organizational goals.
Act as a backup travel substitute to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings when necessary.
Manage the database, organizing and updating information about relationships by quarter (e.g., family, external stakeholders).
Oversee email communication with key relationships, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Work with CEO Office Director to coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups to strengthen stakeholder connections.
Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to the CEO Office Director.
Advocate for the company’s mission in all interactions.
Represent the organization at industry events, church gatherings, and other relevant forums to expand the network and influence.
Proactively network to build new relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client services.
Proven track record of negotiation and influence in managing high-value partnerships and driving successful outcomes.
Strong relationship management expertise with the ability to nurture and sustain connections across diverse stakeholders.
Strategic and business acumen, capable of aligning relationship-building efforts with organizational goals.
Industry knowledge of faith-based initiatives, events, real estate and stock trading, and financial education.
Proficiency in data and metrics management to track and evaluate the success of relationship strategies.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to represent the CEO and the organization effectively.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address challenges and maintain strong partnerships.
Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and other relevant communication platforms.
High emotional intelligence.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions.
